How long after I order my fan cutouts will it be installed?
Cutouts are printed and shipped to Winthrop within 10 days of placing the order. Expect that the cutout will be placed within 14 days from order.
Will I be able to select my seat location?
Fans in the Gold package ($100) will be placed in the rows with the highest television exposure with priority based on the time of arrival. Cutouts will be assigned a seat with best availability based on the time of arrival.
Will I know where my fan cutout gets seated?
Yes! We will let you know your fan cutout seating assignment once placed.
If I order multiple fan cutouts, will they be seated together?
Yes. We will group your cutouts together.
Can I order one fan cutout with multiple people inside?
No. Please only put one person per fan cutout. We will decline any photos that come through with multiple people.
Can I order a fan cutout for my pet?
Yes! In fact it is encouraged, we love pets to get their chance to take in a Winthrop hoops game!
Will my fan cutout be at every game of the 2020 season?
Please allow 10-14 days after your order for your cutout to be placed. At every home game after that period that is played, your fan cutout will be placed.
Will my cutout be returned to me at the end of the season?
Fan cutouts will be available for pickup only at the end of the season. Pickup date and times will be provided via email at the end of the season. Cutouts will not be able to be shipped or delivered.
Please note, we are unable to create cutouts that include the following:
- Commercial advertisements, including slogans, websites, social media handles and phone numbers.
- Offensive or negative references to any other university, franchise, or team.
- A competitors teams clothing
- Statements or endorsements of political candidates.
- Third party marks/logos/branding on clothing or in the background of photos
Success Promotions reserve the right to refuse any photos. Images that portray obscene, lewd, explicit, discriminatory, derogatory, violent, offensive, infringing or otherwise inappropriate content are strictly prohibited and will be discarded; all sales are final and refunds will not be awarded.
